Amateurs Strategy for Pai Gow Poker

[ English ]

Double-hand Poker is a cutting-edge game with ancient origins. Founded on the ancient Chinese domino game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the east with the western in an excellent game for new gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler against the casino, not like nearly all other poker games that gamblers wager with other gamblers. By playing against the dealer, new players don’t have to fret about other, more advanced players taking their mulla.

Another Pai Gow benefit is the generally slow game play, newcomers should be able to take their time and plan without needing to make frenzied selections.

It is also much simpler to gamble on for a very long time with only a small bit of money after all, to not win, each of your hands must be lower than each of the houses hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the normal 52-card basic deck and one joker. The player is dealt 7 cards faces showing and the casino is dealt 7 cards faces hidden.

One five card hand and a 2 card hand must be put together from the seven cards dealt, the 5 card hand must be stronger than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be higher than the houses.
